class is now in session...

Which means your fall wardrobe better be up to par. No sweatpants, UGGs or Lulu Lemon's allowed. You can spend the money you would on those brands on something that looks unique and will help you look the part of a serious student... even if you're just lurking Facebook on your MacBook during lectures.

1.
Since plastic bags are no longer allowed and most canvas carry bags can hardly be traded for wear as a purse, try out this beauty. It's a beautiful leather bag that looks exactly like those canvas bags we have stored in our cabinets, cars and under our beds. They're pretty, but a little pricey at $200. However, it is probably one of the most fashion forward grocery bags I've stumbled upon. Check it here

2.
A book curated mostly by Olivier Zahm, it shows both the personal and professional lives of Carine Roitfeld. Take a study break and relish in the life of one of the most fashionable and interesting ladies alive. (In my opinion, anyways!)

3.

These Friend of Mine claw boots were just recently released. They're great for fall as you can toss them on with a pair of jeans or dress them up with a dress when you're running around through Fashion Weeks. All in all, these are your must needed statement boot right now.

4.

Sophia Reyes just released her Fall '11 lookbook, and this Underarm Drop Back Dress in violet is one piece that stood out among the other pieces of the collection. The great thing about it, and most dresses, is it is an easy outfit to pull together on those days when you have an 8:30 lecture and want five more minutes of sleep. Blazer, dress, heels and out the door. Get it here

5.

Get in on the native-inspired trend that's so easy to pull off by ordering this Mike Gonzalez Jane Boucle Sweater now. Get it here
